For over 15 years we have been repairing and maintaining Strata and single-family residential buildings throughout Greater Vancouver.
We have a broad portfolio of work from diagnosis of building envelope issues and compiling condition assessment reports, to completing multi-year restoration projects.
Working with home owners, property managers and building engineers, our small team takes pride in providing long-term, cost-effective solutions and fully documented repairs.

From minor repairs to $100k+ building envelope projects. We enjoy the often creative process of restoring homes to their original condition - incorporating new technologies, where possible, to provide longer-term performance.

Condition Reports
Primarily for residential Strata properties, we survey the exterior of buildings and note for each deficiency:

• Photograph
• Location
• Solution
• Estimated cost
• Priority
Data is tabulated and presented on a per-Unit and a per-element basis.
These reports become indispensible to Councils for planning and budgeting.
Painting
Interior and exterior finishing.
Attention to detail - we draw on our knowledge of the full restoration process so no areas that require remediation are merely painted over.
Fence & Deck
Fence and deck repairs, to full replacement.
Custom-built fences made from hand-picked lumber. Lumber is pre-finished where possible and construction is made using structural screws - their placement in consideration of water flow to ensure the strongest, longest lasting fence. Post concrete is poured above grade and sloped away to reduce premature decay.
Vinyl-covered, lumber and composite board decks built and repaired.
